Credit Card Payment Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1 2025
By making a payment to Presley Foskett via credit card, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and maintain the highest level of service.
1. Processing Fees
A 3% non-refundable processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. This fee covers merchant processing costs and is applied at the time of payment.
2. Authorization
By providing your credit card information, you:
Authorize Presley Foskett to charge the agreed-upon amount, including services, applicable taxes, processing fees, and any additional agreed charges.
Confirm you are an authorized user of the card.
3. Payment Timing
All invoices are payable by the due date listed.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges and/or additional administrative fees.
4. Dispute Resolution & No Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback without first contacting us in writing and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
In the event of a dispute, please email presleyfoskettmakeup@gmail.com within 5 business days of the service date.
Chargebacks initiated without prior written communication will be considered a breach of this agreement.
5. Non-Refundable Deposits
Any deposits or retainers paid by credit card remain non-refundable and non-transferable as outlined in your signed service agreement.
6. Security of Information
Your payment details are processed securely through an encrypted payment gateway. Presley Foskett does not store or retain full credit card numbers.
7. Acceptance of Services
Submitting payment by credit card constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the services provided as described in your invoice and/or service contract.
